I would be curious to know how much you spend every day on food, and how much it
used to be.

For me, (note: I am not really Paleo, I eat raw food)

on a standard diet: approx. $8 (including cookies, chocolate and other stuff)
now: approx. $12

As for medical bills:
before: $0
now: $0
