I had the same problem. I temporarily cut out all dairy fat, and I started
using Vitamin B1. B1 is well known to lower cholesterol. I knocked off 60
points pretty quickly.

I had to quit the B1 afterwards though, as it was giving me muscle pains. If
I need to for a checkup I'll do it for a few weeks then quit again.
