Also, Ben was able to overcome an identical situation by investing in a
high-quality insulated mug and bringing his own teas into work. He bought a
Thermos Nissan, expensive, but very nice. He chooses teas that are sweet and
caffeinated (like vanilla almond flavored black tea) to provide the little
boost he needs. The fluoride that is in tea (it's not sodium monofluoride)
is good for your teeth, (though tea admittedly stains), but soda is
triple-bad for your teeth. I think that was mentioned here before, actually.

Good thing for Ben that his department is closer to the water cooler than to
the soda machines! :-)
