Two years ago I got itchy patches in my hair line at the back of my
head and on my elbows and the under side of my forearm. I assumed it
was some form of food related psoriasis - but mine comes in the summer
and is gone in the late fall and winter. Maybe mine is eczema - I know
there is a difference. I was just curious about the timing. Since I
haven't been doing paleo long enough or consistantly enough I don't know
if winter or the diet is making it "gone". Thoughts? The vitamin D was
a great find for you!
