I am A. I am thankful for the book. The blood type diet helped me. It got
me eating fish and chicken. I was mostly vegan for 16 years and it got me
through my vegetarian true believer delusions.

I decided to try beef. I was afraid I would get sick because I wouldn't be
able to digest it. I cannot describe the whole body orgasm feeling I got
when I ate the fist piece of beef after 16 years. After that I ignored blood
type stuff. By eating mostly paleo I avoid the bad lectins anyways.

It goes back to one thing. Everyone is different, there is no one way.
Everyone needs to find what works for themselves
-David
