Hello Ray,

My family and I are new to the paleo diet. Your Neanderthin book got us
started and I was delighted to see that you live in Dallas. We live in Fort
Worth, and I work on Saturdays at the Francis Simun Bakery on Commerce
Street (Deep Ellum). Hope you can come in for an arrowroot or water
chestnut bagel sometime!

I started working for Francis because my husband and children are celiacs
with multiple food allergies and he provides great "bread" products for us.
I have many food allergies myself and a few things which may all be
connected to them like asthma, arthritis, and rosacea. Anyway, your diet
seems to be helping us and we look forward to being a part of the
Neanderthin community.
