This is rather off-topic, but hey, I gotta ask.

Good point, but ... Thomas Watson:  isn't he the founder of IBM?  Not
exactly a company famous for supporting non-conformity or individualism.
Come to think of it, the quote is completely non-judgemental; it doesn't
indicate which alternative he prefers.  Maybe he meant it as praise for
conformity :^?
