Did you ever feel sore inside.  Its kind of hard to explain.  My stomach
does not hurt.  I seem to be able to eat most anything.  However I try not
to eat a lot at one time.  However it feels like there is a sore inside.  Of
course my doctor has me now doing these exercises after I eat.
