Great as finger food - make a paleo 'dip' out of something appropriate, 
slice lengthwise and maybe in half into finger-sized pieces.  When I'm 
cooking, I enjoy steaming it for a short time, usually cutting it 
crosswise in medallion shape.  Add an appropriate herb or seed (sesame, 
flax?) to sprinkle on top -=mark=-
