While I agree with this completely, I thought I would mention that they are
in fact made of gelatin...which is paleo. I am not certain if there are any
inert ingredients, but I believe there are none.

Capsules may be difficult to obtain in some areas because they are
condsidered "drug paraphenalia". Some states had banned sale of empty
capsules, I am not sure whether this has changed.
