I looked this up in my herbal books, all of which which do note that tea
(c.s.) contains fluoride (though none of the books indicates how much).
These books do not suggest that any of the herbs I mentioned contain
fluoride. I do know for certain that nettles and dandelion root do contain
calcium. Raspberry leaf is high in iron. And unlike camelia sinensis, the
tea made from these herbs can be consumed iced without damaging the stomach.
(Though I know you wanted to drink them hot.)
