I am not sure about that. What I understand is that ndorfin secretion
starts after at least 20 minutes of hard work, wich means that it
happens in all kind of hard training, not just in running.
And, I like short runs (< 20 min) as well as somewhat longer, I am not
a real longdistance runner, seldom more than 8 km. And I like walking.
It is the moving by means of Your own body, without technology, in the
nature that counts. It is very contrary to indoors training doing
something that is meaningless outside its own context.
