And, I like short runs (< 20 min) as well as somewhat longer, I am not a real longdistance runner, seldom more than 8 km. And I like walking. It is the moving by means of Your own body, without technology, in the nature that counts. It is very contrary to indoors training doing something that is meaningless outside its own context. - Hans
