I hope this is a paleo-enough question.  Mercola recommends ceramic-coated
cookware but doesn't list brands.  Le Creuset is porcelain enameled cast
iron, I think, though it's usually described as just enameled.   Is this
what Mercola is talking about?  Thanks.
