100 pounds eating a paleo low calorie diet. It is important
for me to avoid grains because when I eat them my appetite is never
satisfied.

Could you give me an example of what you eat on a typical day?  Also, how
many calories are you eating per day?  I was only watching carbs.  I haven't
eaten any grains (even though I have been tempted).
