Salt, I run a query on my paleo-marked items.
There are quite a few with a lot of salt.
In RDA 2 grams salt are listed.
I think this is more of an upper limit as a recommendation.
The Na density is as follows.
2 grams of salt are in

 900 g swiss chard
1000 g beef lungs
1200 g egg (various)
2000 g lamb
2300 g celery
2500 g beets or spinach or goat or beefalo or dandelion
3400 g beef
and a little of sea water :-)

If you consider the big amounts to be eaten for one day's worth (2400kcal)
and that we (like you) can easily live on *much* less salt, then I think we
can say thet salt (Na) is quite abundant in the environment.
