No no, the "too" in that sentence refers to my control over the action,
that is, I can "make my teeth good, or bad too". You could substitute
"as well" for a more formal usage in place of "too". So my own actions
control the state of my teeth.

(The teacher in me coming out, sorry I didn't state it clearly.)
