The Paleodiet website has a subpage for MS and diet.
It is here: http://paleodiet.com/ms/

I have tried to pass this along to several sufferers and they said
they were vegetarian and had not the least intention of trying this
way of eating.

BTW there is a treasure trove of useful information on the Paleodiet site,
including a wealth of interesting papers, info on foraging, and on other
diet-related diseases.
