Susan, I have to agree. Vegetables seem so ridiculous, the time it takes
to wash them, especially greens, and for what?  They're so boring and
unappetizing!  OK, I'll cut an onion, maybe a carrot and some garlic and
throw it in the slow cooker with the meat, or chew some raw celery once
in a while for a snack, but you're onto the truth, the berries and
occassional fruit is all one needs.  I tell you, it's a vegetable
conspiracy -- they're trying to turn us into vegetables!!!   ~Eliot
