I noticed more and better sustained energy. But mostly, I lost weight I
wasn't even trying to lose, and started getting more cut up. Now I find I
get a training effect more easily, and have gravitated toward shorter, more
intense, higher rep workouts, from which I am getting muscle mass increases.
