I have joined but not posted.  My handle is 'paleobeast'.  FWIW, I have gone 
zero-carb for a 1-2 week stretch about 3x this year.  I travel and eat out 
frequently so find it difficult to be zero carb continuously.  I do feel much 
better on zero-carb and will probably get to a point it is a permanent WOE for 
me.
