Usually within 45 minutes and never actually feel satisfied to begin with. I
am going to try experimenting more with lean higher purine meats such as lean
grass-fed beef to see if that makes a difference. I believe someone on this
list raised the possibility that higher purine foods can be more satiating to
some people irrespective of the fat content of the meat. I know that I
naturally like high purine foods such as sardines, red meat, lamb, tongue,
etc. and do find them more satiating -- but I have never specifically
experimented with a lean purine meat cut as a snack versus lean turkey breast
which doesn't work at all. I'll give it a shot.
