My last post merely provided Sears' own definition of his diet.  Also, on
page 307 of Mastering the Zone, Sears describes his diet as follows:

"A protein-adequate, carbohydrate-moderate, low-fat diet rich in fruits and
vegetables, that's the definition of a Zone Diet."
