Simply put, a computer "virus" is exactly what is sounds like: a program
designed to make you computer "sick". Your computer can "catch" it through
"infected" files. A virus can be relatively benign or very destructive.
There are virus-check programs that will give your computer a "checkup"
periodically; check your local retailer.
