Oh, God! I'm gonna die! I feel it comin' on!

If you eat only meat and fruit and vegetables, you can eat lots of  
all of them. The colon cancer folks are sick to start with, for  
numerous reasons including terrible, unbalanced diet - not a Paleo diet.

I'm more into that thrifty nutrition mode, myself. Meat has always  
been my favorite food.
