And what about other legumes that are edible raw, like tamarinds, African bambara groundnuts and South American "jungle peanuts," cassia fistula (consumed by the French raw Paleo dieters known as "Instinctos"), legume tubers consumed by the Bushmen of South Africa, such as Ekwa hasa (Vigna frutescens) and Shumuwako (Vatoraea pseudolablab), and other legume tubers edible raw, like jicama and yacon?
