I guess impulse control i nothing h/g people devoted to and
neither people in paleo times. This is something connected to
our fears to be our natural selves.
The one who wants a paleo lifestyle should avoid impulse control
other than those impulses that are in fact false impulses
resulting from those fears.

These things are unknown in most h/g cultures. My view on this
is that agriculture in fact is the most important cause. (This
does not mean that it is a necessity). As soon as a society is
storing a main part of the food (grains or dried fish or whatever),
or keeping herds of domesticated animals there is always a big risk
for unequality, wich in turn is the root of oppression, torture and
slavery.
