Thank you for the information, Hans.  I have often wondered about the
possibility of "organic fish."  There are many problems with farmed fish,
and some wild fish are highly toxic, as you pointed out.  I doubt that I'll
be able to find antibiotic-free farmed fish in Ottawa, but it may be worth a
