It is a special kind of norwegian fjord salmon, which is guaranteed not
to have been fed antibiotics, and is raised in larger cages so that they
can swim more. I somewhere have a list of what they eat as well, but it
does not say anything about the relative amounts. I guess they get a little
more sea food and a little less grains. They are usually smaller than the
ordinary fjord salmon. They are available only in some stores (here in
Sweden) and only occasionally as there probably is not so many of them.
Wild salmon here is from the Baltic and heavily loaded wit PCB :-(
