That's funny I feel the same way. When I was 17 and training for cross
country or track
I weighed 140 lbs. 5'9". Now I have lost some marbling in my muscles and am
145 lbs. at age 42.
My body is taking on the look of a much younger one.  I has amazed me how
fast the change
occurs. I did have to recover from the vegetarian (fail to thrive syndrome),
dry skin, thyroid nodules,
 wasting muscle in the upper body, hypoglycemia, the list goes on but three
week on the paleo and most
problems went away. The hypoglycemia is still a little bothersome but much
improved. Anyway,
 good luck in your training.
