Hi, Adrienne!

Dr. Kristal now sells a do-it-yourself-at-home kit for those who can't make
it to San Rafael, CA.  It appears that some blood testing is done, but,
since this is an at-home test, I'm guessing it's a finger stick test, not a
blood draw.  Also, his web site has a page that you can access to see what
doctors in your area are trained by him and include metabolic testing in
their practice.  There are some in New York.  He has written a book, "The
Nutrition Solution," that should be hitting the book stores about now,

He works closely with William L. Wolcott, who wrote "The Metabolic Typing
