Richard,

My experience with yeast has been that if I stay away from any fermented kind of
food(s) the yeast infection will go away. Recently I have been told by an
herbalist that Pau D'Arco tea is a very strong herbal antibiotic and will kill
the yeast in days. Since I followed his advice my symptoms have improved: no
more bloating, gas, insomnia, constipation, food(s) reaction; however I have to
add that for the time been I am not eating anything fruits because of their
natural sugars and it helps.

This is what he told me to do. Buy the Pau D'Arco tea (in loose form), use 3
tbs. per every cup of water (I used 4 cups of water 14 tbs. of tea) let it boil
for 15 minutes. Let it cool in the pot. Drain it and refrigerate. When you
want a cup of the tea simply warm it up in the microwave (I did not like it
cold, it is very, very bitter)Drink 2-3 cups a day for a week PLEASE no more
than a week since it is an highly concentrated herbal antibiotic. After I
finished my Pau D'Arco tea he suggested I drink 1-2 cup of the Gondenseal
(herbal tea) this too is an antibiotic tea.

Hope you will find this information helpful in your case.

Clelia
