I have to add to this my astonishment at the attempts by some here to broaden
the definition of paleo to include more and more foods, on the grounds that
paleolithic man expanded his food list eventually into a first neolithic and
later modern industrial diet.  If we continue we'll be calling fat free Oreos
paleo eventually.
