Speaking for myself, I have the book and have read it.  I have read
many other health books, and I have to factor in a lot of things towards
optimalism.  I certainly do think that one must look at the ancestral
dietary picture and try to orient oneself to the best tolerated foods in
that regard.  I have just come around again (for the second time for
some reason) to seeing that my extended family shows many signs of
gluten intolerance.  Some are lactose intolerant also.  We've probably
all been glued by the casein.  This list was definitely one place I
needed to go, not just for the diet but for the wisdom of the list
members.  Mary J.
