If I do not eat any breakfast, I am very hungry at 11.
If I *do* eat breakfast (2 eggs and a grapefruit), I get very hungry
at 10 instead.
And I can not resist eating in the late evening, although I had a big
lunch and a big dinner.
So not having breakfast seems to mean that I eat 2 egg's and a grapefruit's
energy less.
