This I can agree with.  Although my depression has been nothing but
helped with the paleo diet, but I also know the source of my depression.
And I think for many, they do not recognize or even know the source. Mine
is from Graves Disease.  Also, as not all depressions can be cured via
chemical/diet, not all mental illnesses in general can be *cured* or
helped via diet/medication.  One of my sisters has MPD, and I know that
no diet in the world could ever  make a difference with that.
