Haven't tried that yet, but plan to.  I'll use walnut oil, baking powder
without aluminum, lots and lots of raw walnuts and blueberries, cinnamon,
organic egg, organic yogurt, water...

Right now am using almond flour for muffins/breads with berries, fruit and
nuts mostly.  I use organic non-sugar applesause (org. apples, cinnamon,
stevia, raisins, walnuts) that I make in a little crock pot or stevia for
sweetener.  Use nut oils too.  May occassionally use a little raw
unsweetened coconut.

Lots of combinations possible.  The almond flour is rather light and
fluffy...not like oat flour.  It can be used for cakes too!
