Jean-Claude, I don't remember any more about this -- it was just something I
saw in a magazine. I imagine lots of people have tried to do this -- go back
to nature. Sounds like you did! Most make compromises and do not go entirely
paleo (they have steel knives, etc.).

The problem is that we simply do not have access to the enormous store of
knowledge that "primitive" (in the sense of first) people have. We cannot
identify all the hundreds of plants they used, or know what the uses were.
It's a great idea though!
