Re: gluten in blue (bleu) cheese.  Research for a celiac
diet shows that *sometimes* the culture in this variety is
started from bread and would, in that case, contain gluten.
Other blue types start their cultures in a different
manner.  Some is declared "gluten-free" but one would have
to contact the maker of each product in order to be sure.

shows Wishbone Chunky blue dressing to be gluten-free.
