I am curious as to why you list the sea vegetables agar agar and caragheenan
under the heading grain and disallowed foods. Sea vegetables are very
primitive foods. They are not high in starch or carbs. I also note that
you do not list sea vegetables in a category of acceptable foods, although
there are many varieties: arame, hijiki, alaria, kelp, kombu, wadame, wild
nori, dulse, caragheen, irish moss, and others. They are edible raw and
without techology. Many primitive peoples have consumed sea vegetables.
I also noticed that salt was not on your list of foods to avoid. (I'll make
a separate post about salt, which you may find interesting.)

Curiously,

Rachel
