My Book, Milk Is Not for Every Body, has a 14 pages appendix
summarizing the results of dozens of studies of lactose intolerance
percentages from ethnic groups all over the world. It is the largest list
I am aware of in the popular literature. 

You should be able to order it from any good bookstore or
