This is indeed one possible explanation.  I tend to discount it in my
own case because my inhalant  allergy problems are the same now as while
nursing my first child and consuming (a lot of) milk products.

As I said, the true test will come when I reintroduce them, which will
probably not be any time soon, as I intend to nurse this child as long as
he wishes.
