Whenever I read this I keep asking exactly where in the labeling laws such
a provision can be found. Nobody has ever responded. This provision is not
in my copy of CFR 21. I don't believe this is true, but I am willing and
eager to be corrected if anyone can give me an actual reference to an
actual law.
