Back when Max and I started the list we envisioned collecting the recipes
that were posted to the list. This was what the celiac list was doing, and
they were our mentors. Max did the first month. None have been done since.

In recent times there have been few recipes posted. But there is an almost
two year span of archives with unextracted recipes. And more were posted in
the early days. If someone is willing to collect them, I'd be happy to add
them to the site.
