Loretta wanted to know how long it would be before her symptoms abated.

Well, Loretta, as long as you keep sneaking cheese, you can't expect too
much, can you? In my experience it takes at least two weeks for the swelling
in my jaw lymph area to BEGIN decreasing after I have tangled with dairy
foods.

I have a pointer for your environmental allergy problem -- I have some pretty
quilts and don't want to wash them in Hot water every week to kill dust
mites, because the quilts fade and wear out too fast that way. I tried just
whirling them around in the automatic clothes dryer on high heat instead, and
it seems to kill and sift out the pesky little critters.

Good luck is usually accompanied by willpower and effort. Good luck to you.
