Sorry, but I just don't believe this.

You either have an intolerance to certain foods or you don't. 
I know of zero evidence that eating or not eating foods can 
cause an intolerance to develop.

If stopping some foods makes you start eating more of 
others, then you may go over your tolerance threshold and 
start seeing symptoms where you didn't before. But this 
is a very different thing.
