If your friend tries to avoid all possible food allergens, she won't eat!

I did not breastfeed either of my children and they are both completely
allergy free! I, however, am allergic to dairy (all dairy proteins) and
latex (reaction is really NOT fun!), among other run-of-the-mill allergens.

Best of luck to your friend, but if she is not allergic, she may be working
herself up over something that may not even happen.
