Hi -

The Minute Maid juices are dairy free. Bear in mind that only the BOX juices
have calcium.  The BAG juices do not (and have sugar added, too).

Famous Amos cookies DO have dairy, I think.  Many Sunshine brand cookies are
dairy-free.

My web site contains a "beginner's menu" for going diary-free, as well as
a lot of other information you may find useful.

Congratulations on ferreting out your son's problem.  Eating without casein
is pretty easy, once you get used to it.  ANd your son is likely to grow up
to be an excellent cook, now that he has to pay attention to what he eats.
