Hi -

We deal with it in several ways:

- We have learned which commercially prepared foods are safe and usually
don't even bother investigating others
- We cook from raw ingredients more than from processed ingredients
- We do most of our own baking
- When we eat out we usually go for Oriental or Italian, or else the fancy
restaurants where the waiters are well-trained, as is the cooking staff, and
they can handle our special requests.

My web page has lots of detailed tips, and I'm always eager to hear more! (This
list has VERY helpful members.)

Thanks!
