Hi,

This isn't a milk-related query, but since so many of you are also gluten-free
I figured you might be able to help. My 9-month-old, Matthew is the one who
is allergic to milk, and also we think soy, peanuts, peas and rice. The only
grain he eats so far (with good results!) is millet. We will probably also
introduce quinoa soon. Anyhow I was wondering if anyone here would know of
any recipe/method for making a simple cracker or flatbread from millet or
quinoa. I want to give Matthew something "bready" to chew on, but don't want
to start introducing the common grains yet.

Thanks in advance,
--Robyn
